    Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket, and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea, and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.

     

    For Long Term Hair & Skin Benefits

    Drink one quart per day for 5 days per week.  Steep 4 tablespoons in a quart of water.  For hot tea, steep for 20 minutes before straining. For a cold infusion, steep for 4 hours at room temperature, or overnight in the refrigerator. Strain and enjoy on-the-go in your favorite water bottle. One bag provides a two week supply of tea when used as suggested.

    Hibiscus flowers are often intercropped with peanuts. Occasionally fragments of peanut shells are present, so use caution for individuals with severe peanut allergies. People with kidney disease should exercise caution when consuming this product.
