Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket, and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea, and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.

For Long Term Hair & Skin Benefits

Drink one quart per day for 5 days per week.  Steep 4 tablespoons in a quart of water.  For hot tea, steep for 20 minutes before straining. For a cold infusion, steep for 4 hours at room temperature, or overnight in the refrigerator. Strain and enjoy on-the-go in your favorite water bottle. One bag provides a two week supply of tea when used as suggested.
